Mannequin Challenge!

So of course with all the hype on virtual challenges, you know I had to do the #mannequinchallenge with my coworkers and I. It's actually harder than it looks. Standing still for a few seconds was hard but we got it done, not perfect but hey we tried!

Best duo, currently!

Let me explain to you, my skin is really oily and I normally try to control it buy focusing on using skincare products that will, A. control the oily and B. mattify my skin. 

I discovered the rose water by Mario Badescu through my friend. She gifted it to me a while back for my birthday and I have re-bought the bottle three times already. The smell of rose water is refreshing and it's a nice toner to bring back some radiance to my skin. Because I use a mattifying toner at night I don't want my skin looking so dry in the morning. So I spritz a couple sprays and before moisturizing. Then I use my Sunday Riley Brightening Cream. This brings back my skin to life while plumping the skin. 

It took me a while to get my skin to where it is today, but seriously focus on products that will work for your skin type. Also, with skincare products, you don't see results right away. You at least have to give it a month and you will definitely start seeing changes to your skin, trust me.

Celebrity Style Crush: Kendall Jenner

Kendall Jenner, wow! Your style has really evolved so much. 

I love her current style right now but let's give her stylist credit for sure. It's none other than Monica Rose. Monica's been a stylist to the Kardashian/Jenner clan since the beginning. I've seen her work and every girl is different. Kendall's more of a minimalist but with a chic sense to it. I love it! 

Bottom three are my fave, so me but minus that amazing body she has. I still need to work on that.

No shade just a statement!

My hat game is strong and let's not forget that selfie though. Now, everyone wears a hat just because. Didn't notice I wear them too often but let me explain.............

This one, I was on my way to a college baseball game and of course rooting for the home team, Go Titans! 

Running errands and just at home with the family, I love my Yankees hat so much. Can't wait to actually go to baseball game in NY. 

Cali girl at heart and I root for my home team, Go Angels!! 

Mommy duties around the house and a park day with the kiddos. 

.............and last but not least, you can't go wrong with the best hat I own. This I only wear when I go to the happiest place on earth, Disneyland!!!

Remember the previous Jewelry post, well I wasn't lying. I'm currently on a jewelry kick and not just jewelry but accessories as well. I like to complete a simple outfit with some jewelry. It's effortless and chic, trust me.

Movie Date: Trolls

On Friday, I was able to enjoy my day off by taking the kids to see Trolls. It was such a cute movie. Their soundtrack was good and all of the songs went with the meaning of the movie, which I actually enjoyed. 

Because it was a casual movie trip with the kids, I like to be dress comfortable and cute of course. 

My pink shirt was from Forever21, jeans from a local boutique and my white nikes.

Jewelry Inspo

Right now I"m on a jewelry kick. I normally like to shop for affordable fashion jewelry because I always tend to lose it or misplace it. I know that if I buy something expensive, I'm going to be mad at myself for misplacing it so I'd rather not invest money in fancy jewelry. 

The only expensive thing I own is my wedding band and of course that I always have it on. I never take it off.
