Self Care using Volum Bath Bombs

Hi guys!!! Happy Wednesday.

Today's post is about self-care and taking a break from mom duties to relax. I'm recently on a running spree. I've started running last week and have been trying to push myself to better my time and practicing my breathing as I run along. It's been tough, but I like a good challenge.

Last night, I decided to run a bath and enjoy some me time before going to bed. I knew I wanted to use a Volum Heal CBD Bath Bomb - 100 MG CBD. This bath bomb helped with my aches and pain my body was going through and hopefully help with the soreness as well.   Its an organic bath bomb with essential oils blended, organic sweet almond oil and grounded peppermint leaves.

Once I soaked in the tub for 30 minutes, I felt so relaxed and even my body, thanked me for it.

Until next time......... Xoxo

Body Positivity

Happy Wednesday.

It's almost the weekend, we just have to get out of this hump and go downhill. I"m so ready for this weekend.

Today's post is me sharing my flaws and all. I've always been so self-conscious of how my body looks.  I've gone through so many changes from loosing weight to giving birth to three amazing children. Yes, I do have stretch marks but today I am embracing them and sharing my body with you guys.

I can't live my life hiding them. They are a reminder of motherhood. I need to embrace them with love and practice self-love. Hopefully you guys like this post and I hope this inspires you in any way.

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer

Hi guys! Happy Tuesday.

In today's post, let's talk about beauty and beauty products. So recently, @influenster and @lauramercier sent me this complimentary product for testing. I've definitely have heard about this brand and have used their products before which I was so excited for.

They sent me their Tinted Moisturizer Natural Skin Perfector Broad Spectrum SPF 30. This is a tinted moisturizer that has an SPF of 30, it's a lightweight coverage with a natural finish. Perfect for Normal, dry and combination skin. I have oily skin but it works perfectly on my skin as well. When applying this, you can either use a brush or a beauty blender.

My everyday look consists of using something that gives me enough coverage and makes me look presentable during my workdays. I've been using it non-stop and happy with the results.

Thank you again @influenster and @lauramercier for the product! Make sure you check out my IG to see a video on how I apply this tinted moisturizer.

Until next time.............. Xoxo

#goals

Happy Monday !!!!

Let's get this week started off right, I'm actually pumped for this week. I have so many new goals and a different mind set in which, I'm ready to pull through. I'm so hard on myself that I forget to just let it be and focus on the main goal.

I'm determined to stay focus and to work on myself because I'm happy, and
then I exude this energy to everyone around me. Don't you agree?

So, today I woke up with no complaints. I know especially Monday's are hard but we have to let the little things go and focus on our main goals. I hope this motivates you to push yourself to the limit and to believe in yourself.

Weekend Vibes

It's the weekend?

What are your plans?

After coming back from Mexico, I got sick and I'm actually finally feeling much better but still keeping it low-key. I had some energy to put on a full -face of makeup and create new content for your guys. This outfit, changed my attitude. These wide leg pants from Shein, gave me the boost of energy I needed. Is it weird? Sometimes things do that for you? With that said, hopefully you guys like this outfit.

Travel Diaries: Beauty Must Haves

Hi guys!!! Happy Friday.

First of all, Happy Valentine's Day. Today, our hearts are filled with love and joy, and let's embrace today.

In today's post, I wanted to share with you my makeup must-haves that I used non-stop during my trip to Mexico. I know by now, you guys might be over hearing about my trip but I wanted to share this with you guys because I know it will be useful.

TOP 5 products:

1. Makeup Wipes - I use the Costco Kirkland Brand Makeup Removing wipes, to make sure my make sure I took my make up off every day. They come in small packages and they were so easy to store in your luggage.

2. Blush/Bronzer Palette - this was so versatile and it came in super handy. A palette that had blush, bronzer and I even used some of the shades as eyeshadow. I didn't have to lug any other extra eyeshadow palettes because I knew some of the shades from this palette will work, best idea ever!

3. SPF and/or Moisturizer -  This was a must!!! I was out in the sun all day every day and I knew that I had to protect my skin from the sun. I packed the Cooler SPF 50 Sport and applied it once a day before getting ready for the dy.

4. Concealer - My makeup throughout my stay in Mexico was super low maintenance. I only applied concealer underneath the eyes and it totally made a difference. I didn't pack any foundations.

5. Travel Jars - I had bought a travel jar set from Target and let me tell you, they came in handy. I used them to carry my night oils, my moisturizer and my other serums. Instead of buying the travel size, I used the jars to carry the products I had at  home. I suggest you look into this.

Hopefully this was useful !

Until next time.............. Xoxo

Travel Diaries in Mexico: Buildings, Murals and things

Hi guys! Happy Thursday.

Today's post is about the amazing buildings, murals and things I saw in Mexico. So we traveled to different cities during our time in Mexico. Here is the list of the spots we traveled:

  • Tecuala, Nayarit
  • San Cayetano, Nayarit
  • Huajicori, Nayarit
  • Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco
  • Novillero, Nayarit

All these spots were local spots except for Puerto Vallarta, this was definitely filled with tourists and Americans enjoying their vacation. We noticed the prices were a little bit more than the usual other places we visited.

In Huajicori, Nayarit - we did this 12-mile walk from Acaponeta to Huajicori. This walk is done by locals to pay their thanks to this Virgen - Virgen de la Candelaria. Traditionally, you pray to the Virgen and ask for her help when in need, once that is granted on February 2, you go and say thanks wither by walk to the city or by car but everyone seems to walk to the city as a thank you. During this walk, people gather in groups, there are local vendors throughout the way and it's filled with amazing spirits and everyone is so happy and joyful. Seriously it was a great experience and so worth it.

Travel Diaries in Mexico: Food

Hi guys!!!!

As some of you might now, I recently traveled to my country, Mexico. My family and I were there for about a week and a half and let me tell you, the time flew by so fast. We created so many amazing memories and I wanted to share with you a bit of my experience.

First stop, the food. I was able to take pictures of my food and let me tell you, it's not common for someone to take a pictures of their food as it is here in the USA. I got weird looks and phrases as to why I was taking a picture of my food?? The culture is so different and the food as well. Here we see bigger portions, there, it's just enough but I do want to say, they consume a lot of soda but the soda there tastes so different as the one here. The best one is a glass Coca-Cola bottle, oh my god, you guys have to try. Sadly, I didn't take a picture of that but I do have a lot pictures to share with you.

Food:

Tostadas De Pollo or Carne (you were able to select either or and this was a specialty at night for dinner)

Seafood is a specialty in Nayarit, you had fried fish, grilled fish, and even fire roasted fish. It seriously was the best of both worlds.

This was Birria and Menudo- normally a breakfast specialty.

Drinks:

Chocomil with a Torta

Of course, your beers, mexican beers to be exact.

Cafe de Olla- this was by far my favorite. Every morning, this was a must.

Green Juices are a thing, made fresh and poured in a plastic bag to go.

Snacks:

Mango con Chile and Limon

Gosh, looking back at this, we ate a lot. Towards the end, I ended up getting sick from something I ate and I was ready to come home.

Hopefully you guys like theses posts.

Until next time............ Xoxo

I'm back!!!!
