Change is always good!

Guys, just wanted to share a picture. I made some changes to my hair this past weekend, and I"m actually pretty excited for my new change. It was something that didn't go according to plan but I'm still embracing the change and it's actually made me realize that change is good. 

It's not as red as it looks, the sun was hitting it and it looks brighter but I'm digging it. 

It definitely happened for a reason correct?!

Volume for Days!

Trying out another new beauty product, look at me, I'm on a roll! 

Decided to open up this new beauty and I'm loving it so far. Normally, I stick to my Falsies from Maybelline NY Volume Express Mascara but today I giving YSL The Shock Volumizing Mascara a try. It's a new mascara they added to their collection. 

Mascara comes in three different colors black, blue and burgundy. Your lashes will see that  extra volume without clumping and almost give you the illusion you have fake lashes. 

If you love volume, you have to try for sure!

Flawless and Matte

So, I like change but when it comes to trying new makeup I'm always a little skeptical. For once I gave it a-go and decided to try out a new primer. My skin is really oily and I like to use face primers that are going to mattify my skin and reduce the appearance of pores. 

This product has been out in the market and I've have been wanting to try it. I"m referring to the Tarte Timeless Smoothing Primer. It definitely did smooth out my skin and acted as a a filler for that flawless look I was looking for. Also, worked for my skin type which was a  plus.

I have been incorporating it to my skin prep before my makeup applications and I'm loving the results. Especially for when I did my make up this past Sunday for "Girl's Night". My foundation looked really flawless and it looked great in pictures! 

If you are looking for a new primer, I definitely recommend getting a sample or even buying it. You won't be disappointed.

Valentine's Day Celebration

I feel this holiday shouldn't even exist. My husband and I are always celebrating our love and constantly trying to keep our marriage alive so for us it was just another date night. 

We decided to go to a local restaurant at the @packingdistrict in Anaheim and get a bite to eat and some drinks . We definitely enjoy it every time we're together and yesterday was another one to add to the books. 

Started off at @UmamiBurger for some appetizers and drinks. 

 Then moved over to @eccopizzeriaCM for another round of drinks! 

.... and finally ended the night with some dessert from @rockymtnchocinc, Chocolate Covered Strawberries of course, my fave!

I'm so happy and lucky to have been chosen to receive this VoxBox from +Influenster . I had already known this was coming because they had notified me by email and was anxiously waiting for this to arrive.

Dinner and Drinks!

Last night was actually so much fun! I celebrate #Galentines with my sisters and cousin.

 We decided we were going to get dressed up for dinner and drinks. 

What better movie to watch then "Fifty Shades Darker". The showing was later at night so we decided to hit up El Torito for some good ol' margaritas and appetizers before the movie started.

I had read the book  and was already aware of the story line but I was a little disappointed because the book had far more juicy details than the movie but overall it was a good movie. I give it an 8! 

It's definitely a movie that you want to go see with your friends or maybe just your significant other. 

Overall my Sunday was definitely what I like to say "Sunday, Funday!"

Best Dressed: Grammys 2017

I only had two best dressed favorites and it so happened to be Jennifer Lopez and Rihanna. 

It wasn't the best red carpet in my opinion but these two ladies stood out and brought their sexy game to another level. 

Loved how Rihanna's stylist combined these two pieces together!

This woman can wear a black trash bag and still make it look good. I mean this dress is everything and really flattering. I loved the color, the plunging neckline. It's amazing!

I was recommended to try out the new Hourglass Girl Lip Stylo. It's a high intensity lipstick with a blend of hydration for your lips and to give the appearance of fuller, softer lips with a satin finish. They have a wide variety of shades for every skin tone and are available at your local Sephora. 

I'm always attracted to nude or mauve shades and of course I had to try one out. The color I have on is "Influencer" which is perfect!

New Fashion Find!

I wanted to share with you guys what I recently found on Amazon! I'm not a big Amazon shopper but believe me, I was so glad I found this precious little thing! 

Summer Beach Clear PVC Turn Lock Satchel Cross-body bag - So affordable and love it because it's clear. I know it's not the normal thing to buy but I don't know why I had to have it. You can say it was definitely an impulse buy. This bag also comes in a black brown,  clear and sky-blue. 

Already wore it out this weekend and received a couple compliments on it!

Workout Must haves!

As the new year approaches, everyone's on the "New Year, New Me" kick. But honey, let me tell you, you don't need a new year to begin to make changes, changes can happen anytime, any month, it's just up to you!!!
