Attending the Newport Beach Film Fest 20th Anniversary Opening Night

Hi guys!! Happy Saturday. 

I wanted to share my experience attending the Newport Beach Film Fest 20th Anniversary Red Carpet and Opening Night. The opening night's red carpet event was hosted at Edward Theater in Newport Beach. We were able to get behind the scenes and exclusive interviews with several directors, actors and cast about some of the films showcasing at this film festival. 

The film we saw was Luce. This was definitely an interesting movie, thriller drama film focused on some issues such as the #metoo movement, and stereotype issues. It' definitely an uncomfortable thriller that has you on the edge of your seat. 

After, we attended an over the top after party held at Fashion Island. This event was pretty amazing, it was where you had to be after the film. They brought vendors from different restaurants and catering companies from Orange County. They shared with us bite size food options such as steak, ceviche, bbq, pastries and even signature drinks, it was all the free drinks you can ask for. I really enjoyed my time and it was all worth it. 

The film festival runs all this weekend and ends May 2.

Jordan and Petersen Skincare Event

Hi guys!! Happy Monday! 

I know it's been a while and I do apologize but wanted to share with you what I did this past Saturday. We were invited to attend a demo and meet founders of this amazing skincare line, Jordan & Petersen Skincare at their flagship store in Los Angeles. 

They have been in the business for a combined of 40 years plus. Their flagship store provides facial services and they also carry their one skincare line of products. Everything from cleansers, to toners and moisturizers their products are clean, vegan, cruelty, and paraben free. They strive to make their products powerful to renew skin and bring back radiance while using the best ingredients for your skin. 

They had a lovely display of food for us and they were nice enough to provide us with a take-home goodie bag. Inside, it included a certificate to use for an express hydra facial, a gift card for a manicure (next door to their location), a face wash and a sponge to use with your face wash. 

They also demonstrated a hydra facial and went over the steps and techniques on their facial services and thought us so much about their products and what to look for in a skincare product. 

I can't wait to redeem my certificate, I'm in need of a facial stat!

Festival Lookbook featuring Shein

Hi guys!!! 

So based on the title, I'm sure you already know what this post is going to be about. The big festival of the year in California hands down has to be Coachella. It's raved about, talked about and it's the number festival everyone wants to go here in California but I'm sure where you are from their might be a music festival.  Whatever the case may be, I created a lookbook for you featuring Shein .

Trendy T-Shirts on a Monday

Hi Guys! 

Happy Monday! 

So today's post is all about being comfortable and trendy all in one. So, I received some tees from @shoplibbee . This brand is a monthly t-shirt subscription box in which they collaborate with a different graphic designer to bring you a fresh brand-new unique idea printed on a t-shirt every month. They carry a variety of styles from tanks, to short sleeves and long sleeves and sizes for everyone. 

These two t-shirts they sent me are really cool, trendy and adorable. I got them in a Size large because I love loose fitting t-shirts and want to be comfortable and relaxed when I'm around my kids. You can obviously get them in your size of preference but that's just the way I like them. 

The first top is 100  but designed in Donut Images, how freaking cute is it? 

The second design is "Food before Dudes", I mean of course.

2020 Ford Escape Preview Event

Hi guys! 

Happy Wednesday! 

Today's post I will share my experience in attending Ford's Escape 2020 preview event. We were able to see the all-new 2020 Ford Escape, which will be available to purchase this Fall. The Ford Escape is 12th best selling vehicle's in the US and the 2nd best-selling Ford Vehicle. 

First of all, coming into the showroom, you can't stop admiring this beauty of an SUV because of the color. It was emerald green, sea green color. It's gorgeous and it shimmered underneath those light beams. We were able to check the interior and the exterior of the car and sit inside. This car had leather seats with a beige and black interior that made it look super stylish and chic. The inside of the car was super spacious especially the back row. You are able to glide the seats back and forth to give you more room for the back of the trunk and the trunk was definitely one thing I look at because I have my son in baseball, his baseball bag takes up most of the room and that's definitely what I noticed it was, super spacious.

• Voice-Activated Navigation System 
• Auto High Beam Headlamps

This car has more many amenities, it's hard to keep up. The Ford Escape will also have a hybrid option which in my case, it's perfect for those baseball practices and games, driving around town.
