As you are reading the title of this post and wondering what perfect shade is she referring to? Well, this post has to do with shades of lipsticks and finding the right one for your skin tone.
Some of us might be afraid of trying or wearing bold lipstick colors and some of us want to try bold colors but are unsure of what goes with your skin tone. Honestly, I don't mind wearing color and my thing is any lip colors looks great as long as you wear it with confidence. Be that girl walking through the mall with that bold lipstick and not caring what people think. That is my key to success!
Seriously, who cares. No one is going to know it's your first time wearing lipstick or that color. Just wear it! Be bold and brave!
But if you really want to know here are some suggestions:
- If you are yellow, golden or olive skin tone warmer shades look best.
- If you are pink or bluish skin tone blue or purple undertones look best
- If you are neutral skin tone almost any color but make sure it's the right shade of nude that doesn't wash you out.
