New Skincare product and Review

Hi guys! Happy Thursday. 

We are one day closer to the weekend.... but first, let me tell you about this new discovery I recently was introduced to. 

I was sent this complimentary product to test out and provide my honest review, it's this One Love Organics Love + Charcoal Masque.  You guys know me and I love trying out skincare products and especially masks because it's my downtime to enjoy myself and do a quick 5-minute self-care regime. 

Well, my first impression was definitely the scent, this mask smelled so good. I don't know what it reminded me of but it smelled really good. The formula wasn't thick enough and was super easy to apply. I always recommend you guys applying any type of mask with a brush. It's so much easier and less mess, trust me. I applied a thick layer and left on for 20 minutes as instructed. 

After I removed with warm water which the removal process was super easy, it washed right off. I inspected my skin in the mirror and my skin looked brighter, and skin felt tight but not too tight, it brought back elasticity back to my skin. 

Overall, I give it an 8.5 out of a 10. I did love the scent and I felt it cleaned my skin.

Kendra Scott Sip & Shop Event

Hi guys !!! 

I hope you guys are having a great day and that your weekend is just as amazing! 
So, I wanted to share my experience at a Sip and Shop I attended hosted by Kendra Scott and Socal Blogger Babes this week. 

I've heard of this brand before but don't own anything from them. This was my first time at their Fashion Island store in Orange County. Kendra Scott makes unique jewelry pieces out of pearls and unique stones. Currently, they have their new summer Pearl Collection. 

The staff was amazing and they greeted us with Champagne and Desserts. We were able to check out all their pieces, enjoy the desserts and shop with our girls. They also provided us with headshots with their very own photographer, this was such a wonderful and cool experience. 

As always, we walked away with a goodie bag. They gifted us with their very own Nail Lacquer and a beautiful rose quartz necklace. I definitely can't wait to wear my new piece.

Screening of #Jugarconfuego hosted by Telemundo Network at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, CA

Hi Guys!!!! 

Happy Tuesday, hope my California readers are staying nice and dry during these past couple days. Super glad we are finally getting some rain by it's hard to get around because Californians don't know how to drive in the rain.... jk but seriously, it's been raining a lot!! 

So, yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending a very intimate screening and Q&A of a new series from Telemundo, Jugar Con Fuego. This will premiere on January 22, 2019 (check local listings for actual time). It's a 10 episode series, and we were lucky to see the first episode and let me tell you, I can't wait for the rest of the series to debut. I was sold at how good it is. Some of the cast members were there along with the director and it's was pretty cool to pick their brains and hear some of their stories while filming the series. The event was held at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, CA. This screening was very intimate with media outlets and bloggers/influencers. We were greeted with a red carpet and were able to have some light appetizers and open bar. These types of events are so special and I feel so blessed when invited. 

And we were in the same room as Carlo Ponce and let me tell you, he is so sweet and charismatic. We were trying to take pictures with Carlos and Gaby but it' was impossible.

Ending the year right!

Ending the year with a bang! This year was a year of growth and new adventures. I am super blessed and happy to finish this year off right. I can't wait to see what 2019 brings for me and my family. I've created a list of goals for this new year and one of my goals is to travel more, whether it be with my family or with my husband. I've set my mind and that's one of my biggest goals I really want to accomplish.

Visiting the new Glossier Store in LA!

This weekend, my girlfriend and I drove up to LA to check out the new Glossier Store.

 If you don't know what this brand is, please google it. It's a beauty brand which sells beauty products, skin care, and body care. Their new store opened up last week and we've been hearing a lot of buzz and also seeing so many posts on social media so we decided to make an LA adventure out of it. We drove up to West Hollywood early Sunday afternoon, took in the LA traffic, which for a Sunday afternoon, it wasn't that bad. 

The store is nicely decorated with pink floors, pink stands, pink everything. Decored with huge tall mirrors around the walls, simple yellow flower arrangements, and their products nicely displayed flat around the store. Even their employees look amazing wearing a pink jumpsuit as their uniform. 

Every corner is Instagram appropriate, you have to take advantage of the space and decor. 

Also, if you go, make sure you experience their pink canyon room "Glossier Canyon". This is a small room where you enter and it's inspired by the Antelope Canyon in Arizona. From the lighting to the sounds, it's perfection!!

Of course, I had to get some of their products. I will do a review on their products soon. Overall, it was a great experience and we enjoyed the trip. Hope you guys get to go if you are in the LA area.

White Jean Obsession!

Happy Friday everyone. We finally made it through the work week!!!

So I wanted to share with you my obsession with my favorite white jeans from American Eagle, similar to these. These are my all-time favorite jeans because they hug in all the right places and they are the perfect length. I'm short and normally all my jeans, I have to fold in or out but these, I don't. I own two pairs and I really need to restock. I won't tell you my size, because that's getting into too many details... lol 

I was looking through all my OOTDs and here is a variety of looks and how I've styled these white jeans. I've worn them to concerts, baseball games, dinner with my besties and also just to chill at home.

Saturday OOTD featuring Shein.com!

Today, I share with you guys this amazing dress from Shein. It's so beautiful in person, pictures don't do it justice. It button downs from the back, long sleeves with a romantic lace material.  This reminds me so much of Coachella-ish fashion, minus the heels, of course. I had to dress it up because I wanted to take more elegant pictures with my glam makeup.  

The weather and natural lighting gods were definitely on my side.
